I have a passion for meeting people where they are, validating their experiences, and collaborating with them.  I look forward to hearing your story and working with you, with respect and acceptance.  There is hope for a life of freedom, health, joy, and security. "Heather offered such a warm and open space for me. Her active listening and practical strategies  helped me immensely, and I felt very supported. I would highly recommend her!"

Michelle, 40

"As a man who had spent years just pushing through things, Heather helped guide me through childhood trauma and toward a  better understanding of the anxiety, depression, and coping mechanisms that came with it. She broke things down into manageable pieces and helped me regain my confidence, self-esteem, and a more objective perspective on life. I highly recommend her."
